The coastal town of Riccione, Italy is currently improving its infrastructure, services, and image. To this end, a magnificent new conference center has been recently opened. The construction of the center demanded high capacity, external stairing to process the large number of visitors arriving and leaving the complex. To the client's specification Bayards Italia designed, assembled and installed a four series stairway; airy, safe, strong, and perfectly-designed.

Bayards has received the European Aluminium Award 2008 in the category Industrial Products for Building & Construction for the Palarricione Stairways. The work was described by the commission as a combination of elegance and industrial use of aluminum.
